libdevel-patchperl-perl software package provides Perl module to patch perl source a la Devel::PPPorts buildperl.pl, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdevel-patchperl-perl
libdevel-patchperl-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdevel-patchperl-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdevel-patchperl-perl *
You will get with libdevel-patchperl-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
